Centivo Care is your virtual primary care benefit. With Centivo Care, you have access to a dedicated care team who works together to offer you primary care, prescription refills, specialist referrals and answers to follow-up questions all through one app.

 

As part of your employee benefits package, you have full access to the Centivo Care team at no cost/co-pay. However, if you are referred to testing or specialists, plan co-pay and deductibles apply.

 

The Centivo Care team has experience co-managing patients with in-person doctors and will coordinate with your primary care doctor to ensure you receive the best possible care.
