Colonoscopy, Upper GI Endoscopy, Cataract Surgery, Arthroscopy REQUIREMENTS

Certain procedures require Ambulatory Surgery Centers (unless the facility is 30 miles from the District's zip code) such as Arthroscopy, Cataract Surgery, Colonoscopy, and Upper Gl Endoscopy (with or without Biopsy).
