Yokayo Elementary School Paving Project
Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Ukiah Unified School District
(“District”), of the County of Mendocino, State of California, will receive sealed bids for
the Yokayo Elementary School Paving Project (“Project”) up to, but not later than, 1:00
p.m., on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, and will thereafter publicly open and read aloud the
bids. All bids shall be received at the Ukiah Unified School District Office, 511 S. Orchard
Street, Ukiah CA 95482
 
Any questions relative to the bid shall be in writing and directed to Gabriel Sherman with the District at gsherman@uusd.net or the District’s Project Manager: Scott Baer at sbaer@counterpointcs.com. These requests shall be submitted to the District at least five working days prior to the date the bid is due.

(“District”), of the County of Mendocino State of California, will receive sealed bids for the
Yokayo ES Roofing and HVAC Replacement Project (“Project”) up to, but not later
than, 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 4, 2021, and will thereafter publicly open and read
aloud the bids. All bids shall be received at the Ukiah Unified School District Office, 511 S.

Request for Qualifications for Lease-Leaseback Contractors
The Ukiah Unified School District (“District”) is requesting submission of: A prequalification questionnaire (“Prequalification Questionnaire(s)”), and a statement of qualifications (“SOQ(s)”) (together, “Response(s)”) from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“Contractor(s)” or “Firm(s)”) to perform preliminary services and construction services for projects pursuant to a lease-leaseback structure. (Education Code section 17406.) (“RFQ”) The deadline for Contractors to submit questions regarding this RFQ is 3:00 pm November 20, 2020.  The deadline for Contractors to complete Prequalification Questionnaires is by 3:00 pm November 30, 2020.  The deadline for Contractors to submit SOQ is by 3:00 December 21, 2020.
 
 
Questions regarding this RFQ and RFP must be in writing and directed only to Tenaya Dale at Counterpoint Construction Services tdale@counterpointcs.com and copied to Gabriel Sherman at gsherman@uusd.net. Contractors are directed to not contact any other person regarding this RFQ.
 
UUSD RFP/RFQ for CEQA Services for UHS Field Improvement Project

The Ukiah Unified School District (“District”) is seeking RFP/RFQ for qualified and duly licensed consultant(s) to provide services under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), including preparing and processing either a Mitigated Negative Declaration (“MND”) or Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) and associated documents and conduct related clearance activities pursuant to CEQA for the Ukiah High School Athletics Improvement Project located at 1000 Low Gap Rd, Ukiah, CA 95482 (“Campus”).  The District requests cost proposals for an MND and an EIR.

Request for Qualifications for Architects for Bond Projects
The Ukiah Unified School District (UUSD) wishes to create a pool of architecture firms from which it can assign specific modernization or deferred maintenance projects and is seeking Statements of Qualifications from such firms. Proposals are to be submitted to 511 S. Orchard Ave., Ukiah, California no later than 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 21, 2020.

Notice Inviting Bids - South Valley High School Food Service and Classroom Modular Building
Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Ukiah Unified School District (“District”),
of the County of Mendocino, State of California, will receive sealed bids for the SELECTION OF
A SITE CONTRACTOR FOR THE SOUTH VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE
AND CLASSROOM MODULAR BUILDING (“Project”) up to, but not later than, 2 pm., on
January 28, 2021, and will thereafter publicly open and read aloud the bids. All bids shall be
received at the Ukiah Unified School District Office, 511 S. Orchard Street, Ukiah CA 95482.

 

UUSD Transportation Yard EV Project: 

Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Ukiah Unified School District (“District”), of the County of Mendocino, State of California, will receive sealed bids for the TRANSPORTATION YARD EV PROJECT(“Project”) up to, but not later than, 2 PM., on OCTOBER 29, 2020, and will thereafter publicly open and read aloud the bids. All bids shall be received at the office of the UKIAH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT SERVICE CENTER, 511 S. ORCHARD AVE., UKIAH, CALIFORNIA.
