Open Enrollment occurs at the end of each school year in May and/or June. Employees will receive mail and email instructions on how to make changes. The paperwork turned in during Open Enrollment takes effect in the fall on October 1st.
Open Enrollment is the only time an employee can change plans, add dependents or drop dependents without having to show proof of a Qualifying Event.
