FACILITY NEEDS IN LOCAL SCHOOLS
For decades, our district has provided an excellent education to local students. Now, our schools need repairs and updates to maintain this academic excellence. Deteriorating roofs, aging plumbing, and sewer systems must be repaired and inadequate electrical and ventilation systems need to be replaced. Our schools also need safety improvements to ensure every student is able to learn in a safe and secure environment.
Local classrooms and labs require updates to continue quality education and attract the best teachers to Ukiah schools. Outdated computers and technology must be modernized, and aging temporary portable classrooms need to be replaced with permanent classrooms to give our students the resources they need to succeed.
