NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ukiah Unified School District, 511 South Orchard Avenue, Ukiah, CA 95482, is soliciting bids for the provision of unleaded gas and diesel fuel products for District vehicle use, as outlined in the Detail Specifications, for the 2025-2026 school year. Sealed bids shall be received up to but not later than 1:00 p.m. May 29, 2025, at the District Service Center at the above address. Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Ukiah Unified School District (“District”), of the County of Mendocino, State of California will receive sealed proposals for Fresh, Frozen and Dry Food Items and Material Supplies for 2025-2026 for the District's Food Service Program. Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 at the UUSD District Service Center, 511 S. Orchard Avenue, Ukiah, CA 95482 or the UUSD Food Service Department, 1000 Low Gap Road, Ukiah, CA 95482. RFPs must be labeled "Proposal - UUSD Food Service RFP #2025-001", and contain both the completed Request for Proposals document and the Spreadsheet of Items.

Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Facilities Master Planning Services
The Ukiah Unified School District (“District”) is requesting proposals from experienced firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“Firms”) to provide proposals for Facilities Master Planning Services (“Project”). These services are intended to comprehensively address all District-owned and run facilities, including Early Childhood, Transitional Kindergarten (“TK”) through 12, Adult Education, Administration, and Operations. The primary goal of the Facilities Master Plan (“FMP”) is to serve as a roadmap for future development, renovation, modernization, and maintenance of facilities. The plan will address the long-range and short-term goals and objectives of the Governing Board (“Board”) and help inform operational efficiency, leveraging available capital funds. Interested Firms are encouraged to submit detailed proposals outlining their expertise and strategies for achieving these objectives.
Request for Statement of Qualifications and Request for Proposals for Real Estate Marketing and Brokerage Services
The District is issuing this Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals requesting submission of statement of qualifications and proposals (“Response(s)”) from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“Firm(s)” or “Broker(s)”) to assist the District with disposition of its real property, including sale or lease. The District has a current need for brokerage services to assist with issuing and conducting an RFQ/P process for the sale and lease of District-owned property located at 700 East School Way, Redwood Valley, California, 95470 Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 163-060-15 and 163-060-35, the former Redwood Valley Elementary school (“Property”). The Property is approximately 12.4 acres, with Russian River frontage and easy access to Highway 101 in Mendocino County.
