Superintendent Kubin’s Update November 16, 2022

Good Evening, Ukiah Unified! Schools will be closed for the holiday break next week, November 21 – 25, 2022, and classes will resume on Monday, November 28, 2022. We have so much to be thankful for; exceptional students and staff, family and friends, and our wonderful community. I want to take this opportunity to tell you we are incredibly thankful that you are part of the Ukiah Unified family. The holidays can definitely be stressful, so please take this time to rest, relax, and connect with each other. Spend time together outdoors and as always, keep your children reading!

COVID-19 tests are available for students to pick up at schools. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) continues efforts to keep schools safe and successful by providing access to no-cost COVID-19 rapid antigen tests for students and school staff returning from the Thanksgiving break. CDPH encourages all students and staff to test for COVID-19 before they return to school following the Thanksgiving break. Students and staff who test positive should stay home.
