Purpose & Legacy
The Ukiah Unified Personnel Commission is a steadfast, non-partisan public body entrusted with overseeing a merit-based system for the selection, retention, and promotion of classified staff. Established July 1, 1967, its mission remains as vital today as ever: to ensure each candidate is judged on merit alone, honoring decades of equitable public service.

Commissioners
