The Ukiah Valley Christmas Effort is once again spreading holiday cheer by providing food for a Christmas dinner and gifts for children in need across our community. Each year, volunteers and donors come together to make sure families can experience the joy and hope of the season.
If your family could use a little extra help this Christmas, please complete the application form below by Thursday, October 31, 2025. The application is in English and Spanish.

All information is kept confidential. Please review the following important details before submitting your application:

Children must reside in the home to be eligible for gifts.

Please do not apply if you will not be home for delivery on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

Submit only one application per family.

Late, incomplete, or dishonest applications may not be considered.

Notification will only be sent to those receiving assistance.
