Notice of Offer to Sell Surplus Property - Redwood Valley Elementary School

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Education Code ยง 17464, subd. (c)(2), the Ukiah Unified School District hereby solicits offers from all public districts, public authorities, public agencies, public corporations or any other political subdivision of the state of California, or of the federal government, and nonprofit charitable or nonprofit public benefit corporations to purchase for fair market value the real property located at 700 School Street in an unincorporated area of Mendocino County, (APN(s): 163-060-15/35) known as the previously closed Redwood Valley Elementary School. The property is approximately 12.4 acres.


Any eligible entity wishing to purchase the property should contact the District no later than sixty (60) days after the third publication of this notice (attention: Kristina Keene, Administrative Assistant at [email protected] or 707.472.5012) to notify of its interest. The deadline to respond is Thursday, February 16, 2023 (60 days after the date of publication of the third public notice).
