The California Department of Education (CDE) requires that each Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) obtain approval for their Local Plan, Annual Budget, and Service Plans following a public hearing by its governing board. The Superintendent’s Policy Council held a public hearing on Friday, May 14, 2021, to review the 2021-2022 Local Plan, Annual Budget Plan, Annual Service Plan, and supporting attachments.
