Each year, the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation provides a revised Deferred Maintenance 5-Year Plan to the Board of Trustees for approval. The revised plan contains the most recent information available detailing the condition of the district's facilities and presents a preliminary budget based on currently available revenue sources to be used for executing the needed maintenance and repairs.
